In this 2 hour workshop where you'll receive an in-depth look into the glassblowing process. Students describe our studio as barn-like, charming and cozy-casual. You can pick your glass colors and make your own unique glasswork. Pete will give you some history about the process and details about the equipment (some of which is handmade) and with total assistance from Pete, you will make your own unique beginner's glasswork. You’ll gather, blow and shape the glass, sit at the bench and try marvering at the steel table. It’s a fun way to spend quality time with a friends, family loved ones, co-workers, trying something new! You'll end up with a unique glasswork along with the memories you've made in the studio. Because the glass has to cool slowly overnight in an oven, it can be picked up the next day, or anytime at your convenience. Shipping can be arranged for a shipping fee. No experience is necessary. All ages welcome. (5-10 should have adult supervision)
